胸大肌肌皮瓣在口腔颌面部恶性肿瘤术后缺损修复中的应用 / Pectoralis Major Myocutaneous Flap for the Reconstruction of Defects after Ablative Surgery of Maxillofacial Malignancies

Abstract
目的:探讨胸大肌肌皮瓣在口腔颌面部恶性肿瘤术后缺损修复中的应用及临床效果.方法:对2010—2016间采用胸大肌肌皮瓣修复口腔颌面部缺损的91例病人,进行回顾性分析.结果:81例病人皮瓣完全成活,6例大部分成活(≥70%),其术后口腔生理功能恢复良好,取得满意的效果(95.60%).结论:对于口腔颌面部恶性肿瘤术后缺损面积大、缺损组织量多的病人,胸大肌肌皮瓣仍是较为理想的修复手段之一.
Objective: To evaluate the clinical outcome of pectoralis major myocutaneous flap.in oral and maxillofacial re-construction after ablative surgery of malignant tumor. Methods: The clinical date of 91 cases underwent pectoralis major myocutaneous flap procedures for the immediate reconstruction of defects after resection of oral or maxillofacial malignant tumors from 2010 to 2016 were analyzed retrospectively. Results: The pectoralis major myocutaneous flap in 81 cases survived completely, 6 cases survived mostly(≥70%), and the clinical effect were satisfactory(95.60%). Conclusion: The pectoralis major myocutaneous flap is relatively idea for reconstruction of defects after ablative surgery in oral and max-illofacial malignancies.
