Abstract
设计开发了一款适用于真空导入施工工艺的对苯复配树脂,并测试了树脂的拉伸、弯曲、热变形、无缺口冲击、巴氏硬度等性能,表明较现有的邻苯树脂有明显提高;并完成了中试生产以及不同温度、不同当量固化剂的凝集时间、放热峰测试,为客户实际施工提供了数据支持.
This paper developed a para benzene composite resin suitable for vacuum induction construction technology,which can used for infusion application.The tensile,bending,thermal deformation,impact without notch,and hardness of the product were characterized.The pilot production and the agglutination time of different equivalent curing agents at different temperatures have been completed.The exothermic peak test provides data support for the customer's actual construction.
