Abstract
目的:探讨以Bio?Oss胶原作为支架材料在牙周缓释药物中应用的生物基础。方法:将第4代人牙周膜成纤维细胞( human periodontal ligament fibroblasts,HPDLFs)与Bio?Oss胶原进行体外复合培养,扫描电镜及激光共聚焦扫描显微镜观察细胞与材料的黏附情况。结果:HPDLFs黏附于Bio?Oss胶原支架材料上,细胞沿胶原纤维的方向充分伸展,并伸出伪足黏附、包绕纤维。部分复层细胞沿胶原孔隙内部生长,孔隙内有基质分泌。结论:体外培养的HPDLFs能在Bio?Oss胶原支架材料表面黏附并增殖,该复合体具有良好的生物相容性。
Objective:To study the Bio?oss collagen as scaffold materials with periodontal slow?release medicine in biological basis. Methods:The composition of the fourth generation of human periodontal ligament fibroblasts( HPDLFs) and Bio?oss collagen cultured in vitro. The adhesion of cells and materials were observed by scanning electron microscope and la?ser confocal scanning microscope. Results:HPDLFs was adhesive on the Bio?oss collagen scaffold material,along the direc?tion of the collagen fibers with full stretch,and pseudopodia of cells extended to adhere and wrap the fiber. Conclusion:The HPDLFs cultured with Bio?Oss collagen scaffold material can adhere and proliferae on the surface of it,and this compound with favorable biocompatibility in vitro.
