Abstract
基于普职分流政策饱受民众争议的现象,从文化堕距视域分析,造成普职分流争议的缘由是:面对物质条件升级和制度政策革新,大众的思想文化概念并未跟上其变迁速度,仍存在教育观念上的文化滞后.在本体层面,"强普弱职"的现状加深了普职差别观念;在政策层面,分流操作简单粗暴、分流管道封闭隔绝阻碍了思想的变革与更新;在心理层面,强大的文化惯性与群体情感阻碍了个体文化观念的觉醒.要实现社会大众对于普职分流机制的理性认知,需要从职业教育主体、政策设计执行以及内部文化重构三个方面加强主体自身竞争力,优化普职分流政策实施路径,以构建思想文化观念变迁的长效路径.
For many years,the division of general and vocational education has been hotly discussed by the general public.The reasons of the division from the perspective of cultural distance are:in the face of the upgrading of material conditions and the reform of system and policy,the mass concept of ideology and culture has not kept up with its changing speed.At the level of ontology,the status quo of"strong and universal weak job"has deepened the concept of differences in general and vocational education;on the psychological level,the strong cultural inertia and group emotion hinder the awakening of individual cultural concept.In order to realize the rational cognition of the public on the mechanism of the division of general and vocational education,the subjective competitivenesss should be enhanced in the aspects of the subject of vocational education,the implementation of policy design and the reconstruction of internal culture,so as to optimize the implementation of policy to build a long-term ideological and cultural changes path.
