Abstract
在国家"海洋强国"战略目标下,拥有丰富海洋资源、不俗金融实力及初步经验积累的粤港澳大湾区是推动我国蓝色金融创新发展的后备力量.论文在厘清蓝色金融内涵、梳理国内外蓝色金融发展进程的基础上,依托粤港澳大湾区的政策、资源和实践优势提出了其发展蓝色金融的可行建议,即通过协同力量、完善规则、培育主体、创新工具、组建智库以及防范风险等措施构建大湾区的蓝色金融体系,推动我国蓝色金融发展进程.
Under the goal of"Marine Power",Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area(GBA),who has Marine resources,financial strength and experience accumulation,is the reserve force to promote the innovation and development of blue finance in China.Therefore,on the basis of clarifying the definition of blue finance and sorting out the development process of blue finance at home and abroad,this paper puts forward feasible suggestions for GBA's blue finance according to its policy,resource and practical advantages,that is,to build a blue financial system in GBA through gathering force,improving rules,cultivating financial institution,innovating tools,setting up think tanks and preventing risks,so as to promote the development process of blue finance in China.
