微信医患互动平台管理干预在抑郁症自杀未遂患者的应用效果 / The application effect of WeChat doctor-patient interaction platform management intervention in the treatment of attempted suicide m depression

Abstract
目的 探讨在抑郁症自杀未遂患者治疗中,采用微信医患互动平台管理干预的效果.方法 在2019年5月～2020年5月选择在精神科住院后获好转/治愈出院的自杀未遂抑郁症患者100例研究,以随机数字表法分2组,一组接受常规药物治疗、定期实验室检查、电话随访(对照组),一组接受微信医患互动平台管理干预(观察组).分析2组药物治疗依从性、抑郁评分、社会支持评分、重性精神疾病危险性.结果 观察组50例患者经微信医患互动平台管理干预统计的SDS评分低于对照组(P＜0.05);观察组统计的用药治疗依从性高于对照组(P＜0.05);观察组统计的社会支持评分高于对照组(P＜0.05);观察组统计的重性精神疾病危险性低于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 在抑郁症自杀未遂患者治疗中,采用微信医患互动平台管理干预方案可改善其抑郁状态,提高患者药物治疗的依从性,改善患者的社会支持系统,值得借鉴与实施.
Objective To explore the use of WeChat doctor-patient interaction platform for management in-tervention in the treatment of attempted suicide patients with depression.Methods From May 2019 to May 2020,a study was conducted on 100 patients with attempted suicide depression who improved/were cured and discharged from the psychiatric department.They were randomly divided into two groups using a random number table method.One group received routine drug treatment,regular laboratory examinations,and telephone follow-up(control group),and the other group received WeChat doctor-patient interaction platform management intervention(observation group).Ana-lyze the compliance with medication treatment,depression score,social support score,and risk of severe mental ill-ness in two groups.Results The SDS scores of 50 patients in the observation group managed and intervened through WeChat doctor-patient interaction platform were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The medication treat-ment compliance of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).The social support score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).The risk of severe mental illness in the ob-servation group was lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of attempted suicide patients with depression,the use of WeChat doctor-patient interaction platform management intervention program can improve their depression status,enhance their drug treatment compliance,and improve their social support system.It is worth learning from and implementing.
