Abstract
通过对精细控压钻井系统进行精简、集成,形成集成橇装控压钻井系统.该系统保持了实现精细控压作业的核心技术及装备,包括旋转控制头、自动节流系统、质量流量系统、中控软件计算系统等.通过设备的高度集成、配置优化和算法改进,解决了因设备精简带来的功能弱化或缺失问题,实现了控压钻井成本的大幅降低.集成橇装控压系统在柴达木盆地C909井得到了成功应用,实现了精细控压的主要功能,该井控压作业井段3 750.00~5 320.00 m,进尺1 570.00 m,通过应用集成橇装控压钻井,实现了最快20 min控制回压循环排气消除后效、动承压获得井底压力窗口、实时发现漏失智能预警以及控压起下钻等精细控压的相关功能.整个井段控压过程中,通过旋控头结合软件参数调节回压实现了井底压力始终保持平稳,确保了钻井作业的安全顺利实施.
By optimizing and integrating the Management Pressure Control Drilling System(MPD),an integrat-ed skid-mounted control-pressure drilling system has been developed.By implementing highly integrated equip-ment,optimizing configurations,and improving algorithms the problems arising from reduced equipment strength or function were resolved at the same time,the cost of pressure control drilling is greatly reduced.The integrated skid-mounted control-pressure drilling system has achieved significant cost savings in fine-controlled pressure drilling.It was successfully implemented in Qaidam Basin well 909,at a depth of 3 750 m to 5 320 m,over a to-tal of 1 570 m.The system achieved the fastest 20 minute backpressure control cycle,eliminating after-effects,obtaining a bottom-hole pressure window under dynamic loading,offering real-time leak detection and intelligent alerts,and allowing fine-controlled pressure control during tripping,among other related functions.Throughout the pressure control process of the well,a steady and stable pressure at the bottom hole was maintained by regula-ting the return pressure via the rotary control head and software parameters.This method ensures secure and seamless execution of drilling operations.
