Abstract
为了解决现有智能变电站继电保护装置自动控制方法存在的阶跃响应能力差、变电站功角震荡幅度较大的问题,该文对智能变电站继电保护装置智能运维自动控制方法展开研究.确定继电保护装置控制的评判集,结合运维因素构建灰色模糊关系矩阵,有序加权平均算子函数的加权向量计算中和评判值,经过转换后获取继电保护装置控制区间动作决策结果.根据继电保护动作灵敏度的规定,计算出继电保护的整定值,结合获取的故障点转子差异,得出变电站继电动作的最优控制结果,实现对继电保护装置智能运维的自动化控制.实验结果表明,所提方法的阶跃响应能力好以及变电站功角震荡幅度小,能保证变电站稳定运行.
In order to solve the problems of poor step response ability and large power angle oscillation amplitude of existing automatic control methods for relay protection devices in intelligent substations,this paper studies the auto-matic control methods for artificial intelligence for IT operations of relay protection devices in intelligent substations.Determine the evaluation set for relay protection device control,combine operation and maintenance factors to con-struct a grey fuzzy relationship matrix,calculate the neutral evaluation value through the weighted vector of the or-dered weighted average operator function,and obtain the decision results of relay protection device control interval action after transformation.According to the provisions of relay protection action sensitivity,the setting value of relay protection is calculated.Combined with the rotor difference at the fault point obtained,the optimal control result of substation relay action is obtained to realize the automatic control of artificial intelligence for IT operations of relay protection device.Experimental results show that the proposed method has good step response capability and small power angle oscillation amplitude,which can ensure the stable operation of the substation.
