Abstract
用湿法缠绕法制备了芳纶Ⅲ-环氧树脂单向复合材料,对其拉伸性能、压缩性能、弯曲性能及层间剪切性能进行了研究,并对比了Kelvar-49、芳纶1414单向复合材料的相关性能.试验结果表明:含有杂环结构的芳纶Ⅲ不仅基本力学性能较优,其单向复合材料的拉伸性能、压缩性能、层间剪切性能都优于不合有杂环结构的Kelvar-49和芳纶1414,尤其体现在拉伸性能上.
In this paper,the Aramid Ⅲ with epoxy resin unidirectional composite material was produced by wet winding method.The composite material was conducted for the research about its tensile property,compression performance,bending performance and interlayer shear performance,which was compared with the related properties of the unidirectional composites for the Kevlar 49 and Aramid 1414.Test results showed that the Aramid Ⅲ containing heterocyclic structure had a better basic mechanical property,the tensile property,compression performance and interlayer shear performance of the unidirectional composite materials were better than that of Aramid 1414 and Kelvar 49 without heterocyclic structure,especially for the improvement of tensile property.
