Abstract
糖尿病足(DF)是一个具有挑战性的临床问题,伴有严重钙化、支架内再狭窄的股腘病变或膝下病变仍未找到最佳治疗方法.目前,腔内介入治疗已成为DF的一线治疗方案,许多新技术、新器械仍处于研究阶段,包括深静脉动脉化、药物涂层技术、特殊球囊、生物可吸收支架等.因此,本文综述了DF的腔内介入目标、腔内介入技术以及各种腔内介入治疗方案.
Diabetic foot(DF)is a challenging clinical problem.Femoral and popliteal lesions with severe calcification and stent restenosis or infragenual lesions have not yet found the best treatment.At present,endovascular interventional therapy has become the first-line treatment scheme for DF.Many new technologies and devices are still in the research stage,including deep vein arterialization,drug coating technology,special balloons,bioabsorbable stents,and so on.Therefore,this article reviews the intracavitary intervention goals,techniques,and various intracavitary intervention treatment plans of DF.
