Abstract
针对工业化生产的6061、6005A、6082、6063和6N01合金型材,在不同淬火方式下进行腐蚀试验,了解各合金的腐蚀级别,并对工业生产提供一定的指导.6061和6005A合金型材因含Cu存在剥落腐蚀和晶间腐蚀现象,6063、6082和6N01合金型材在不同淬火条件下均呈现出较好的腐蚀性能.
The corrosion tests on 6061,6005A,6082,6063,and 6N01 alloy profiles produced in industrial production under different quenching methods were conducted to understand the corrosion levels of each alloy and provide certain guidance for industrial produc-tion.6061 and 6005A alloy profiles exhibit exfoliation corrosion and intergranular eorrosion due to the presence of Cu,6063,6082,and 6N01 alloy profiles exhibit good corrosion performance under different queching conditions.
