Abstract
目的 质子交换膜燃料电池车用氢燃料是连通氢能产业上游制氢环节和下游应用场景的核心介质,针对现行产品标准GB/T 37244-2018《质子交换膜燃料电池汽车用燃料氢气》中涉及的杂质含量限值和分析方法,对其进行研究探讨.方法 梳理国内氢燃料产品质量标准的演进历程,对比国外相关的氢气产品指标及分析方法标准,调研国内氢源现状衍生的杂质组分情况和实际分析需求现状.结果 氢燃料中关键杂质以及其他杂质的组成要求应根据实际研究结果完善限值指标.建议针对氢燃料来源多样导致引入杂质组分的不同,采用关键组分核查与型式检验、出厂检验相结合的检测方式.结论 在满足国内氢燃料质量要求和国际标准ISO 14687:2019《Hydrogen fuel quality—Product specification》的前提下修订现行的产品质量标准,完善健全氢燃料质量分析方法标准体系和溯源链条,以保证分析的准确性和提高分析效率.
Objective The proton exchange membrane fuel cell vehicle plays an important role as a key scenario of hydrogen energy application.The impurity content limits and analytical methods involved in the current product standard GB/T 37244-2018 Fuel specification for proton exchange membrane fuel cell vehicles-Hydrogen are discussed.Methods The evolution process of hydrogen fuel product quality standards in China is reviewed,the relevant hydrogen product indicators and analysis method standards at home and abroad are compared,and the impurities derived from the current situation of hydrogen source in China and the actual demand analysis are investigated.Results The composition requirements of key impurities and other impurities in hydrogen fuel should be improved according to the actual research results.It is suggested that using the combination of key component inspection,type inspection and factory inspection to analyze the impurities.Conclusions Under the premise of meeting China's hydrogen fuel energy endowment and international standards ISO 14687:2019 Hydrogen fuel quality—Product specification,the current product quality standards should be revised,and the standard system and traceability chain of hydrogen fuel quality analysis methods should be improved to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of the analysis.
