Abstract
基于模压成型、转注成型、注射成型三种模压制品成型工艺方法对比,分析制品存在质量问题的原因.从模具结构改进入手,为模具设置预紧机构,在普通平板硫化机上实现了先锁模再加压硫化成型的工艺方法,有效解决了模压成型、转注成型制品超厚、产品分型线处烂边、抽裂等质量问题.为特种制品的研发、生产及质量改进提供了有效的实现途径.
Base on comparing the molding processes of three types of molding products,including molding,transfer molding and injection molding,the reasons for the quality problem of the products were analyzed;Starting from the improvement of mold structure,a pre-tightening mechanism was set up for mold,and the process method of locking the mold first and then pressing and vulcanizing form-ing was achieved on a regular plate vulcanizing press machine,which effectively solved the quality problem of compression molding and transfer molding of products,such as thickness,broken edges at the product parting line,and cracking.For the research and development of special products,produc-tion and quality improvement provided an effective implementation path.
