Abstract
金雀异黄素具有多种生物活性,但因水溶性差,体内生物利用度较低,限制了其在食品和医药领域中的应用.利用合适的载体包封和输送金雀异黄素是改善其生物活性的有效手段之一.研究表明,多种多糖均可用于制备金雀异黄素微粒的载体,并在改善其生物活性方面效果显著.依据制备金雀异黄素微粒载体所用多糖种类的不同,对各类金雀异黄素微粒多糖载体的制备方法、特点及其对金雀异黄素生物活性的影响进行了综述,并对金雀异黄素微粒多糖载体的发展进行了展望.
Genistein has a variety of bioactivity,but its poor water solubility and low bioavailability in vivo limit its application in the food and pharmaceutical fields.Co-encapsulation and delivery of genistein using suitable carriers was one of the effective means to improve its bioactivity.Many studies had shown that a variety of polysaccharides can be used for the preparation of microparticles as a genistein micro-carrier,which significantly improved the bioactivity of genistein.In this paper,the preparation methods,characteristics and effects on genistein bioactivity of various polysaccharides carriers were reviewed,and the development of genistein polysaccharide carriers was prospected.
