护理干预对神经性皮炎患者心理因素的影响 / Effect of psychologic factor with nursing intervention for neurodermatitis

Abstract
目的：探讨护理干预对神经性皮炎患者心理因素的影响。方法选择患者80例，分为两组，每组各40例，观察组采用护理干预，对照组则实施常规护理，如一般护理、饮食护理、药物治疗护理等，比较两组患者治疗前后的心理焦虑和抑郁情况，并统计临床疗效。结果治疗后观察组SAS和SDS均低于对照组(P<0.05)，观察组的总有效率为95.0%，显著高于对照组的70.0%(P<0.05)。结论有效的护理干预能减轻患者的焦虑和抑郁心理，值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate the effects of psychologic factor with nursing intervention for neurodermatitis. Methods 80 cases were divided into two groups,each group of 40 cases,the observation group were used the nursing in-tervention,the control group were received routine care,such as general care,diet care,medication care,then mental anxi-ety and depression conditions before and after treatment and clinical efficacy in both groups were compared. Results After treatment,the observation group with SAS and SDS were lower than control group (P<0.05),the effective power in the observation group was 95.0%,it was significantly higher than control group’70.0% (P<0.05). Conclusion Effective nursing intervention can reduce anxiety and depression psychological in patients,so it is worthy of promotion in clini-conl.
