Abstract
硫磺砂浆是一种安全、方便、环保的桥梁临时支座结构材料.文章以广西昭平桂江特大桥硫磺砂浆临时支座配制工程为例, 介绍高性能硫磺砂浆的配制工艺, 并对不同配比配制成的临时支座硫磺砂浆进行强度、软化等性能试验测试.测试结果表明:采用细度为80μm的铝粉, 并按硫磺:石英砂:水泥:铝粉=1:1.267:0.667:0.004配制出的硫磺砂浆能满足桂江特大桥临时支座强度和易拆等性能要求, 其性能优于普通硫磺砂浆, 可为桂江特大桥的硫磺砂浆临时支座配制提供技术支持.
Sulfur mortar is a safe, convenient and environmentally friendly temporary support structure material for bridges.With the preparation project of temporary sulphur mortar support for Guijiang Bridge in Zhaoping, Guangxi as the example, this article introduces the preparation process of high-performance sulphur mortar, and conducts the strength and softening performance tests of temporary support sulphur mortar prepared with different mix ratios.The test results show that the sulphur mortar prepared by using the aluminum powder with fineness of 80μm and according to the proportions of sulfur:quartz sand:cement:aluminum powder=1:1.267:0.667:0.004 can meet the temporary support strength and easy disassembly performance requirements of Guijiang Bridge, and its performance is better than ordinary sulphur mortar, which can provide technical support for the sulphur mortar temporary support preparation of Guijiang Bridge.
