Abstract
瞬时弹性成像(transient elastography,TE)是一种基于超声测量肝脏硬度来定量评估肝纤维化的无创技术.慢性肝病(chronic liver disease,CLD)患者肝纤维化可发展为肝硬化、肝癌甚至死亡,而评估肝纤维化是CLD诊疗的重要部分,以便对其进行预测、分层治疗和监测.近年来TE在CLD患者肝纤维化诊断中取得了一定进展,本文对TE在CLD诊断领域的应用现状进行综述.
