Abstract
地质聚合物作为一类绿色无机胶凝材料,具有力学性能优良、耐久性优异、生态环保以及工业固废利用率高等优势,被视为普通硅酸盐水泥的理想替代品.地质聚合物分为碱激发地质聚合物和酸激发地质聚合物,其中磷酸基地质聚合物是硅铝酸盐前驱体原料在磷酸溶液或磷酸盐溶液激发活化作用下经地质聚合反应而生成的新型地质聚合物材料.为明确偏高岭土磷酸基地质聚合物的力学性能及工程应用研究进展,就国内外学者近年来对偏高岭土磷酸基地质聚合物的研究进行了分析.首先对偏高岭土磷酸基地质聚合物的反应机理进行了介绍,其次分析了偏高岭土种类、磷酸激发剂浓度、养护制度、外加剂以及纤维类型对偏高岭土磷酸基地质聚合物力学性能的影响,然后总结了偏高岭土磷酸基地质聚合物的工程应用进展,最后对其发展趋势进行了展望.
As a class of green inorganic cementitious material,geopolymer is an ideal substitute for ordinary Port-land cement because of the advantages of excellent mechanical properties,superior durability,ecological protection and high utilization of industrial solid waste resources.Geopolymer is divided into alkali-activated geopolymer and acid-activated geopolymer.The phosphoric acid-based geopolymer is a new type of geopolymer material produced by geopolymerization of silicate precursor materials under the activation of phosphoric acid solution or phosphate so-lution.In order to clarify the mechanical properties and engineering application,the research on metakaolin phos-phoric acid-based geopolymer by domestic and foreign scholars in recent years were analyzed.Firstly,the reaction mechanism was introduced.Secondly,the effects of metakaolin type,phosphate activator concentration,curing system,admixture and fiber type on the mechanical properties were analyzed.Then,the engineering application progress was summarized.Finally,its development trend was prospected.
