Abstract
针对煤矿井下采空区等高自燃危险性区域内氧浓度通常较低的情况,选取上湾矿12号煤层煤样作为试验样品,分别开展了供氧浓度5%,8%,11%,14%,17%和21%条件下的程序升温实验,分析了CO,CO2和C2 H4的生成规律,测算了不同供氧浓度条件下的自燃临界温度,探讨了自燃临界氧浓度.结果表明:随着供氧浓度的降低,相同煤温条件下氧化产物的生成量减小,C2 H4首次出现的温度延迟;根据C2 H4首次出现温度和自燃临界温度的变化规律判断上湾矿12号煤层的临界氧浓度为8%.研究结果对采空区自燃"三带"观测时氧浓度下限判定指标的选取和井下贫氧环境中煤自燃火灾的预测预报研究具有一定的指导意义.
Oxygen concentration is low in some high self-igniting dangerous area like goaf area of coal mine, it taking coal sample of No. 12 coal seam of Shangwan coal mine, temperature programming experiment was done under different oxygen concentration, such as 5%, 8%, 11%, 14%, 17% and 21%, the formation rule of CO, CO2 and C2 H4 was analyzed, self-igniting critical temperature under different oxygen concentration was calculated, then self-igniting oxygen critical temperature was discussed. The results showed that oxidation products production decreased at the same coal temperature with oxygen concentration decreased, C2 H4 appeared temper-ature delay for the first time, the critical oxygen concentration was 8% for No. 12 coal seam of Shangwan coal mine according the change law of the first temperature and self-igniting critical temperature of C2 H4 . The studying results could referenced for the oxygen concentration lower limit index selected of goaf self igniting 'three zones' observation andcoal self igniting fire forecast under oxygen-lean in mine.
