Abstract
为探讨BOPPPS结合模拟手术教学模式在手术室腹腔镜专科护士培训中的应用及效果,选取在中国医科大学附属盛京医院手术室工作的护士 36 人,他们既往未受过有关腹腔镜手术的系统培训.随机将其分成观察组和对照组进行培训,对照组依照传统教学方式进行培训教学,观察组除了传统教学,还定期采用BOPPPS结合模拟手术教学模式,利用实验用猪进行腹腔镜模拟手术培训教学.分别于培训初始时、培训后进行理论和操作考核,培训结束后同时对两组学员进行自主学习能力问卷调查.研究表明,BOPPPS结合模拟手术教学模式具有显著的效果,能够提高学员的操作技能和专业能力,增强他们的学习兴趣和主动学习能力,并培养团队合作和沟通能力.
In order to explore the application and effectiveness of BOPPPS combined with simulated surgery teaching mode in the training of laparoscopic specialist nurses in operating room,36 nurses working in the operating room of Shengjing Hospital of China Medical University were selected.They had not received systematic training on laparoscopic surgery in the past.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group for training.The control group was trained by the traditional teaching methods.In addition to traditional teaching,the observation group also regularly adopted BOPPPS combined with simulated surgery teaching mode,and used experimental pigs to carry out laparoscopic simulated surgery training teaching.At the beginning of the training and after the training,the theoretical and operational assessments were carried out.At the end of the training,the two groups of students were investigated by autonomous learning ability questionnaire.The research shows that BOPPPS combined with simulated surgery teaching mode has a significant effectiveness,which can improve students'operation skills and professional ability,enhance their interest in learning and active learning ability,and cultivate team cooperation and communication skills.
