Abstract
浙江省作为用能权交易改革较早的省份,在能源要素市场化改革上先行先试,积累了一定的经验,对浙江省用能权交易制度创新和成效开展全面分析.在"双碳"的背景下,分析当下开展用能权交易工作的形势,提出浙江省优化用能权交易工作的思路,构建了存量交易的模式.最后,对下一步如何优化用能权交易工作提出建议.
As a province that has carried out energy trading reform earlier,Zhejiang Province has taken the lead in the marketization reform of energy factors and accumulated certain experience.This paper comprehen-sively analyzes the innovation and effectiveness of the energy trading system in Zhejiang Province.In the con-text of"Double Carbon",this paper analyzes the current situation of energy trading work,proposes ideas for optimizing energy trading work in Zhejiang Province,and constructs a mode of stock trading.Finally,this paper puts forward suggestions on how to optimize energy trading work in the next step.
