Abstract
法律翻译是一项技术性和专业性要求很高的翻译工作,尤其是在法律翻译从业人员当中,能够熟练解决各种问题的并不多见.针对这种普遍存在的现象,利用语言学特征之一的文体特征,立足于语言学、译学以及法学的三维角度,对法律语言的词汇、语用、文体、文化等诸多特征做了全面深入的阐释.并从翻译实践的角度,深入讨论了从法律语言的文体特征入手,翻译过程中应当注意的事项进行分析和指导.
Legal translation is a professional and technical task, which is difficult for a large amount of legal translators. In order m handle this problem, in the three-dimensional point of view of linguistic, translatology and law, stylistic features are analyzed in aspects of lexicon,pragmatics, and culture. Theories and instructions are given to deal with some difficulties in practical legal translation.
