Abstract
目的:研究复方半边莲注射液对阿霉素肾病大鼠模型的相关药效学作用.方法:通过尾静脉一次性注射阿霉素构造48只SD雄性大鼠肾病模型,随机分为空白组、模型组、阳性组和复方半边莲注射液低、中、高剂量组.对其进行尿液及血清的采集,并对相关指标进行分析.结果:高剂量组能显著降低尿液中尿蛋白含量,血液中血肌酐、尿素氮、总胆固醇、甘油三酯、总蛋白、血清蛋白与模型组相比均有明显改善,低、中剂量组相对效果不显著.结论:该复方注射液对有病理学改变的阿霉素肾病大鼠模型,在适宜药物剂量时,具有明确的治疗效果,为后续其在临床应用研究提供了理论基础.
Objective: To study the pharmacological effects of compound of Lobelia chinensis injection in Rats with Adriamycin - induced nephropathy. Methods: 48 SD rats were divided into the blank control group, the model group, the positive drug group, and the compound injection groups of Lobelia chinensis (low - dose, medium -dose, high - dose). The models were established by one - time tail vein injection with Adriamycin. Urine and serum were collected for relative analysis. Results: The contents of urinary protein, serum creatinine, blood urea nitrogen, total cholesterol, triglyceride, total protein, and serum albumin were significantly decreased in the compound injection group of Lobelia chinensis with high - dose, compared to the model group; however, the low - dose and medium - dose did not have obvious effect. Conclusion: The compound injection of Lobelia chinensis with high - dose has a significant effect on Adriamycin - induced nephropathy rats, which provides the reference for its further study on its clinical application.
