Abstract
智能完井系统发生井下设备故障时,为实现无需将井下设备全部提出即可检修等目的,设计一种液控智能完井井下湿式对接工具.该工具可在油井内将地面液控管线与井下液控管线实现对接和分离,且在对接时能够保证地面和井下液控管线稳定导通,在分离时可实现分离的两部分液控管线各自密封.工具采用卡爪结构提供对接锁紧力,并对卡爪的锁紧力进行推导计算,得到结构不同设计参数下的锁紧力.最后通过有限元仿真对卡爪进行强度校核,并根据结果确定卡爪的设计参数.经过设计分析,该工具满足井下使用要求,为智能完井系统检修提供新的解决方案.
When the downhole equipment fails in the intelligent completion system,in order to achieve the purpose of realizing maintenance without having to put out all the downhole equipment,a downhole wet docking tool is designed.This tool can connect and separate the surface hydraulic control pipeline and the downhole hydraulic control pipeline in the oil well,and can ensure the stable conduction of the surface and the downhole hydraulic control pipeline during the docking,and can realize the separation of the two parts during the separation.The hydraulic control lines are sealed separately.The tool adopts the claw structure to provide the butt locking force,and the locking force of the claw is deduced and calculated to obtain the locking force under different design parameters of the structure.Finally,the strength of the jaws is checked by finite element simulation,and the design parameters of the jaws are determined according to the results.After design and analysis,the tool meets the requirements of down-hole use and provides a new solution for the maintenance of the intelligent completion system.
