目的 研究预见性护理联合家庭参与式护理法对老年脑卒中患者康复的应用及效果观察.方法 选取2020 年1月至2021 年9 月锦州医科大学附属第一医院收治的150 名老年脑卒中康复患者作为研究对象,随机选取法将其分为两组,每组75 名患者;对照组患者行常规护理方法;试验组患者行预见性护理联合家庭参与式护理法;观察两组患者护理后30d及90d吞咽能力、患者生活质量;干预后30d的并发症发生率、护理依赖度、护理满意度.结果 实验组患者改善吞咽能力总有效率、生活质量评分在干预30d后与干预90d后均高于对照组(P<0.01).实验组患者干预 30d后各并发症发生率与护理依赖度低于对照组(P<0.05),实验组患者总满意度高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 预见性护理联合家庭参与式护理法可显著改善患者吞咽能力,提高患者生存质量和护理满意度,减少并发症的发生,降低护理依赖度.
Objective To explore the effect of predictive nursing combined with family participatory nursing on the rehabilitation of elderly stroke patients.Methods A total of 150 elderly stroke rehabilitation patients admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Jinzhou Medical University from January 2020 to September 2021 were selected as research objects,and randomly selected into two groups,with 75 patients in each group.Control group received routine nursing methods;the experimental group received predictive nursing combined with family participation nursing method;the swallowing ability and quality of life of patients in two groups were ob-served at 30 and 90 days after nursing;the incidence of complications,nursing dependence and nursing satisfaction 30 days after inter-vention were recorded.Results The total effective rate of improving swallowing ability and the score of quality of life in the experi-mental group were significantly higher than those in the control group 30 days after intervention and 90 days after intervention(P<0.01).After30 days of intervention,the incidence of complications and nursing dependence in the experimental group were signifi-cantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of patients in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Predictive nursing combined with family participatory nursing can sig-nificantly improve the swallowing ability of patients,improve the quality of life and nursing satisfaction of patients,reduce the occur-rence of complications,and reduce the degree of nursing dependence.
