Abstract
目的:探究链式流程管理对CT增强扫描造影剂外渗的预防价值.方法:回顾性分析2020年1月～2022年1月福建医科大学附属泉州第一医院收治的需接受CT增强扫描患者114例,根据患者接受管理流程的不同将上述研究对象划分为常规管理组(n=53)以及链式流程管理组(n=61);常规管理组患者接受常规管理流程,链式流程管理组患者接受链式流程管理,对比两组研究对象接受CT增强扫描后造影剂外渗发生率、不良反应发生率以及两组对管理流程、护理服务、宣教与指导以及治疗体验的满意度评分.结果:链式流程管理组患者出现造影剂外渗的病例数显著低于常规管理组,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05);两组研究对象不良反应的总发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);链式流程管理组患者对管理流程、护理服务、宣教与指导的满意度以及总满意度显著高于常规管理组,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:链式流程管理能够有效降低CT增强扫描患者的造影剂外渗率、提高患者对就医流程的满意度,具有较高的应用价值.
Objective:To explore the preventive value of chain process management for extravasation of contrast agent in CT.Methods:For retrospective analysis of 114 patients undergoing CT enhancement scan from January 2020 to January 2022,the study subjects were divided into the routine management group(n=53)and the chain process management group(n=61);The routine management group received the routine management process,the patients in the chain process management group received the incidence of contrast extravasation,the incidence of adverse reactions,and the satisfaction scores of the management process,nursing service,education and guidance,and treatment experience.Results:The number of cases of contrast agent extravasation in the chain process management group was significantly lower than the conventional management group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two study groups(P>0.05);The satisfaction with the management process,nursing services,education and guidance was significantly higher than that of the conventional management group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Chain process management can effectively reduce the contrast agent extravasation rate of CT enhanced scanning patients and improve patients'satisfaction with the medical treatment process,which has high application value.
