Abstract
基于C9石油树脂催化加氢改性中试试验的需要,使用环己烷和正庚烷分别作为溶剂,探究C9石油树脂在2种溶剂中不同质量分数的溶解性.结果表明,在室温下:C9石油树脂质量分数10%~30%时,在环己烷或正庚烷中,树脂完全溶解性,且溶液流动性良好;当C9石油树脂质量分数在30%~50%时,树脂在环己烷中仍完全溶解,但溶液流动性变差,且在质量分数50%时,溶液成凝胶状,而在正庚烷中,该树脂仍然完全溶解,且溶液流动性良好;当C9石油树脂质量分数在50%~60%时,树脂在正庚烷中仍完全溶解,但溶液流动性变差,且在质量分数60%时,溶液成凝胶状.
Based on the pilot test of catalytic hydrogenation modification of C9 petroleum resin,cyclohexane and n-heptane were used as solvents to investigate the solubility of C9 petroleum resin in two solvents with different mass fractions.The results showed that,at room temperature,when the mass fraction of C9 petroleum resin was 10%~30%,the resin was completely soluble in cyclohexane or n-heptane,and the solution fluidity was good.When the mass fraction of C9 petroleum resin was 30%~50%,the resin was still completely dissolved in cyclohexane,but the fluidity of the solution became worse,and at 50%,the solution became gel-like,while in n-heptane,the resin was still completely dissolved and the solution had good fluidity.When the mass fraction of C9 petroleum resin was 50%~60%,the resin was still completely dissolved in n-heptane,but the fluidity of the solution became worse,and the solution became gelatinous when the mass fraction was 60%.
