Abstract
数控机床是现代制造业中广泛应用的高精度自动化加工设备,其具有效率高、精度高、自动化程度高等优点,成为现代制造业发展的重要支撑.该文基于数控机床的基本结构及工作原理,以数控机床在线监测技术、故障诊断技术和数字孪生技术为研究重点,系统论述了3 种关键技术的基本工作原理与应用方法,通过不断优化和应用这些技术,可以进一步提高数控机床的稳定性、可靠性和自动化程度,促进现代制造业的持续发展.研究结果旨在为制造企业提高数控机床的生产效率、保证加工质量和降低故障率提供参考.
CNC machine tool is a high-precision automatic processing equipment widely used in modern manufacturing industry,which has the advantages of high efficiency,high precision and high degree of automation,and has become an important support for the development of modern manufacturing industry.Based on the basic structure and working prin-ciple of CNC machine tools,this paper systematically discusses the basic working principles and application methods of three key technologies by focusing on CNC machine tool online monitoring technology,fault diagnosis technology and digital twin technology,and through continuous optimization and application of these technologies,the stability,relia-bility and automation degree of CNC machine tools can be further improved,and the sustainable development of modern manufacturing industry can be promoted.The research results aim to provide a reference for manufacturing enterprises to improve the production efficiency of CNC machine tools,ensure the processing quality and reduce the failure rate.
