Abstract
利用双层反应釜进行液相还原法制备银粉颗粒,以硝酸银为银源,抗坏血酸为还原剂,研究不同转速和搅拌桨类型对银粉特性的影响.利用扫描电子显微镜、粒度分析仪、X射线衍射仪对银粉的形貌、粒度及晶体结构进行详细的表征.结果表明,反应器内的流场对银粉的形貌和粒径的改善效果显著.用 0.5 mol/L硝酸银溶液、0.6 mol/L的抗坏血酸溶液及PVP为原料,在四叶桨400 r/min的搅拌下,制备出结晶性良好、平均粒径在 352 nm的球形银粉.
Silver powder particles were prepared by liquid phase reduction method in a double-layer stirred tank.Silver nitrate was used as a silver source and ascorbic acid as a reducing agent.The effect of different speeds and mixing impeller types on the characteristics of silver powder was studied.The morphology,particle size,and crystal structure of silver powders were characterized in detail by scanning electron microscopy,particle size analyzer,and X-ray diffractometer.The results showed that the flow field in the reactor significantly improved the morphology and particle size of the silver powder.Using 0.5 mol/L silver nitrate solution,0.6 mol/L ascorbic acid solution,and PVP as raw materials,the spherical silver powder with good crystallinity and an average particle size of 352 nm was prepared under the stirring of 400 r/min with 4 blade propeller stirrer.
