Abstract
某大学附属医院药学教研室采取了以学生为中心,以教学效果为导向,通过整合教学资源、优化教学方式等一系列提升教学质量的措施,通过进行传统课堂的教学改革尝试,将教学内容、方法和效果不断有效结合并持续改进,有效改善课堂教学设计,及时得到教学反馈,从而形成"以教促学、以学定教、教学相长"的新型教学模式,目前已成功实施并初见成效,使教学活动有的放矢,全面提升了教学质量.
