Abstract
目的:了解上海市某社区居民血脂异常情况,为制定慢性病预防策略提供参考和依据.方法:2021 年采用整群随机抽样法,选取符合条件的≥50岁的10 851 名常住居民作为调查对象,完成问卷调查、体格检查和实验室指标检测.采用SPSS 22.0软件进行统计分析,血脂异常的相关因素采用非条件logistic回归进行分析.结果:血脂异常人数为6 698人,血脂异常率为61.73%,其中单一血脂异常率为41.49%,多项血脂异常率为58.51%,总胆固醇(TC)异常、甘油三酯(TG)异常、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)异常以及高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)异常检出率分别为33.68%、37.93%、19.45%和18.42%.非条件多因素logistic分析结果显示,性别为男性、BMI分型为消瘦、饮酒频率为每天、年龄组增高是血脂异常的相关保护因素(OR值分别为0.419、0.660、0.750、0.805、0.725、0.640、0.557);BMI分型为超重或肥胖、高血压、吸烟、腰臀比分组增高、UA分组增高和HbA1c分组增高是血脂异常的相关危险因素(OR值分别为1.360、1.323、1.189、1.285、1.247、1.424、1.654、1.201、1.630、2.325、1.251、1.536),差异均有统计学意义(P值均<0.05).结论:上海市某社区居民血脂异常率较高,降低尿酸,控制血糖、血压,减重控烟有利于降低居民血脂异常患病率.
OBJECTIVE To study the prevalence of dyslipidemia among community residents in a community in Shanghai,to pro-vide references and basis for developing public strategies for prevention of chronic disease.METHODS The sampling method was cluster random sampling,the first,five villages or neighborhoods were randomly selected from the community,and then,it randomly selected 12 510 community residents from 5 selected villages or neighborhood committees as respondents,and the respondents are 50 years or older.10 851 respondents completed questionnaires,physical examinations and laboratory tests.The software called SPSS22.0 was used for x2 test and t test and Unconditional logistic regression.RESULTS A total of 10 851 community residents were surveyed,which had 5 041 males and 5 810 females,the average age of the respondents is 69.67±6.27 years old,the number of people with dyslipidemia was 6698,the rate of dyslipidemia was 61.73%,the rate of single dyslipidemia was 41.49%,and the rate of multiple dyslipidemia was 58.51%%,abnormal detection rate of TC,G,DL-C and HDL-C were 33.68%,37.93%,19.45%and 18.42%respectively.The results of unconditional logistic analysis showed that the related protective factors of dyslipidemia include male sex,thin BMI,daily drinking frequency,and increased age group(50~70 years old,71~75 years old,76~80 years old,81~97 years old),the OR values were 0.419,0.660,0.750,0.805,0.725,0.640,and 0.557,respectively.The related risk factors for dyslipid-emia included BMI classification as overweight or obesity,hypertension,smoking,increased waist to hip ratio,increased UA group,and increased HbA1c group.The OR values were 1.360,1.323,1.189,1.285,1.247,1.424,1.654,1.201,1.630,2.325,1.251 and 1.536,respectively,and all had statistical significance(P<0.05).CONCLUSION Malu Town residents over 50 years old have a high incidence of dyslipidemia.Reducing uric acid,controlling blood sugar,blood pressure,weight loss and smoking control are benefi-cial to reducing the prevalence of dyslipidemia.
