Abstract
欧李是我国特有的野生灌木果树,果、仁、花、叶、根等均可利用,具有显著的经济、药用、生态和观赏价值.综述了欧李的营养价值和当前开发利用情况,探讨了开发利用过程中存在的问题并进行了展望,以期为今后欧李的综合开发利用提供参考和理论基础.
Cerasus humilis(Bge.)Sok.is a unique wild shrubby fruit tree in China,the fruit,kernel,flower,leaf and root of which can all be used.Therefore,it has significant economic,medicinal,ecological and ornamental value.In this paper,the nutritional value and current development and utilization of Cerasus humilis(Bge.)Sok.were reviewed.Meanwhile,the existing problems in the development and utilization process were discussed and prospected,in order to provide reference and theoretical basis for the comprehensive development and utilization of Cerasus humilis(Bge.)Sok.in the future.
