Abstract
With the development of Internet technology, advertising communication has been transferred from traditional media to the Internet, and has penetrated into all aspects of society. However, the false advertisements of Traditional Chinese Medicine are uneven and even endanger the safety of consumers. Based on the in-depth study of relevant laws and regulations such as Law of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Advertising Law, combined with relevant literature, this paper sorted out the sources and countermeasures of false online advertisements of traditional Chinese medicine, and designed each module of the false and illegal online advertising system of traditional Chinese medicine with the help of information technology. To a certain extent, it is conducive to the deepening of related research, and it is expected to be put into use after improving the accuracy of advertising forecasts, and make corresponding contributions to the monitoring of false advertisements on the Internet of Chinese medicine.
