An inadvertent modulation signal processing method based on modified LCD

Abstract
Inadvertent modulation feature is the most valuable evidence for the identification. In order to better obtain the inadvertent modulation information, a signal processing method based on modified LCD is presented in this paper. First of all, the inadvertent modulation signal model is established. On the basement of the signal decomposition by LCD, Intrinsic Scale Components (ISCs) are selected for reducing unnecessary information. The remained ISCs are fused according to mutual information. Simulation results shows that the method is feasible and effective to process the inadvertent modulation signal.
