Preparation of Copper Graphite Alloy Coating based on Laser Microcladding Method and its Performance Research

Abstract
In order to study the performance of microcladding coating on copper graphite alloy powder materials, three groups of alloy powder materials with different proportions are prepared, and copper graphite alloy coating is prepared on 45# steel substrate by YLS-1500-CL fiber laser, the macroscopic and microscopic morphology of the microcladding layer are observed by triocular stereo microscope and laser confocal microscope respectively, the microhardness and electrical conductivity of the microcladding layer are measured by microhardness tester and eddy current conductivity tester.The analysis result indicates that when the laser output power is 900W, the scanning rate is 150mm/min, and the positive defocus amount is 12mm, the macroscopic morphology and microstructure of the microcladding layer are the best, the microhardness reaches 119.38HV, and the electrical conductivity IACS reaches 81%.
