Abstract
The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of systemic circulation and energy pathway on acute load in luteal phase female players. Method: Seven female judo players (age: 20.0±0.6 years old, height: 161.1±5.6cm, weight: 62.4±10.4kg, training experience: 8.4±1.0 years participated in this study. The experimental test was composed of three 30 seconds (3x30s) intervals with resting period of 60 seconds between the intervals used arm cranking ergometer. Results: The lactate concentration in set1 on Wingate test were 2.7±0.6 mmol/l , set3 shows 4.8±1.3 mmol/l, set1 and set3 were different +2.1 mmol/l (p>0.05). The heart rate in set3 were 141±24 bpm.min^(-1). set1 and set3 were different +18 bpm.min^(-1) (<0.05) shows significant. Conclusion: In acute load, luteal phase female player were not show high systemic circulation and metabolim load. If female players not feel uncomfortable in the menstrual phase, that they can continue training.
