Results: The lactate concentration in set1 on Wingate test were 2.7±0.6 mmol/l , set3 shows 4.8±1.3 mmol/l, set1 and set3 were different +2.1 mmol/l (p>0.05). The heart rate in set3 were 141±24 bpm.min^(-1). set1 and set3 were different +18 bpm.min^(-1) (<0.05) shows significant. Conclusion: In acute load, luteal phase female player were not show high systemic circulation and metabolim load. If female players not feel uncomfortable in the menstrual phase, that they can continue training.
