Abstract
The main topic of this discussion is whether the use of 'coal' has been decreasing year by year after the implementation of the government's new green energy policy. Also, what types of cargo are currently being transported back to Taiwan by various bulk shipping companies? From the large-scale database of the Ministry of Transportation and Communications' Maritime and Port Bureau, select the bulk ships between 2007 and 2021 based on their shipping volume.
