Abstract
To improve the safety of lithium batteries, the development of solid electrolytes is one of the most important issues in energy storage devices. Compared with traditional liquid organic solvents, ionic liquids are organic molten salts composed of different combinations of anions and cations. They have non-flammability, high thermal stability and conductivity, and can replace traditional electrolytes. Poly(vinylidene fluoride-co-hexafluoropropylene, PVdF-HFP) with a high dielectric constant (ε=8.4) is made into electrospun nanofibers. The high specific surface area of the electrospun fibers helps the Transmission, as a base material, plus ionic liquid (1-ethyl-3-methylimidazolium tetrafluoroborate, EMT) and polymer to form an electrolyte material. Because this electrolyte is very low in fluidity and curable, it can be used as a material for solid electrolyte research. At the same time, this study will also explore the relationship between the diameter, alignment and ion conductivity of electrospun yarns to improve the performance of the solid state electrolytes.
