Abstract
Humidity significantly affects product quality and efficiency in Taiwan's semiconductor and electronics sectors. Current dehumidification methods are energy-intensive and inefficient. Metal-Organic Frameworks (MOFs) offer a promising solution with their high surface area and low-temperature regeneration, but they are currently costly and less dense. Our research focuses on developing high-density MOF using recycled reaction filtrate as a solvent to cut costs, and also explore the impact of recycled filtrate as reaction solvent on the reaction yield and the water capacity of synthesized MOF.
