Since China's reform and opening up, Malaysian Chinese businessmen invested in China actively and contributed to China's rapid economic development. Different from other Chinese capital in Southeast Asia, affected by multiple factors as Malaysian foreign exchange control policies and the sensitivity of the domestic Chinese question, etc, Malaysian Chinese businessmen majorly invested to Mainland China through off-shore financial markets and centers as Hong Kong, Singapore, and British Virgin Islands. When making statistics, the offshore investments were overlooked and not included in the Malaysian capital, so actually Malaysian Chinese businessmen's investments in China was far greater than the amount of statistical data. Therefore, this article will try to systematically investigate the Malaysian Chinese Businessmen's offshore Investments in Mainland China for the correct evaluation of the important contribution of Malaysian Chinese businessmen's investments to China's economic development.
