By design thinking and planning, this study was to establish a Certification system of down feather resource for recycling and reusing, including the establishment of Specified Requirements for Management System of Eco and Traceable Down (EcoT Down) Textiles, identification marks of textiles, and circular resource platform for down feather textiles. Recycled down textiles which are marked can be automatically identified. Through the third-party certification system, it is hoped to establish the whole recycling chain, to promote the value of domestic textiles, and to achieve the goal of circular economy.
