Abstract
Cardiac regeneration is a broad effort that aims to reverse the unregenerative myocardium and restore the lossing cardiac function upon various cardiac insults. In this review, we tend to figure out the potent therapeutic agents for cardiac regeneration from the pathways that are (1) required for cardaic development and (2) lower veterbrate, zebrafish as the novel therapeutic strategy.
