Abstract
This article analyzes the underlying framework of the Buddhism classification schedule from United States of America's Library of Congress (LC) classification system. By showing how the schedule is informed by the classification of Buddhist knowledge and how it reflects the current Chinese classification system of Buddhist materials, this work aims to be a reference to those using the LC classification system to classify Buddhist materials.
