Abstract
This study will explore the changes in the angle of the bottle edge and different viscosity fluid flow Cause liquid bottle sticking phenomenon, and understand the causes of this phenomenon, the study found that low-viscosity liquid in the more acute the angle would have to reduce its sticking phenomenon, when water is the most obvious experimental subjects, as the increased angle gradually decreases adhesions, 0 degrees sticking 3 mm length, 10 degree 2 mm, 30 degrees 45 degrees 1 mm in length down to 0.5 mm adhesions, other angles with 0.4 mm length of adhesions, Antiacid Suspension (12.5 pa.s) at 45 degrees with a 0.4 mm length of adhesions, and the rest did not produce adhesions angle. The study using CFD (computational fluid dynamic) simulation flow conditions to understand, by using this set of experimental conditions analysis software CFX four kinds bottle angle and three kinds liquid viscosity, CFX simulation results calculated under the same experimental trends, post-processing cross-sectional view showing XY to observe the change of fluid flow, and each other comparison through experiments and CFD simulation, from the simulation show that the water is sticking out of the path of the liquid from the bottle farther can reduce adhesions, but in a higher viscosity formulation A (1 pa.s) 0 degrees and no adhesions occur Antiacid Suspension (12.5 pa.s) only 45 degrees produce adhesions, can understand the situation adhesions occur at higher viscosity, the lower the angle of influence.
