According to the statistics of Department of Health in Taiwan, the breast cancer was the first in the top 10 of female cancer incidence in 2007, the mortality are the fourth. How to increase disease-free survival of breast cancer is a important thing to improve cancer treatment now. MAPs-Tau was found could regulate microtubules and cell division mechanisms. And Taxane also had regulation of microtubule function . Therefore, this study focus on the association between Tau and the clinicopathologist factors of breast cancer and analysis the survival curve between Tau and the taxanes. In this study, We analysis the samples in order to research the correlation by chi-square test. Between Tau and clinicopathology was significantly. And the age (p = 0.551) and lymph node metastasis (p = 0.371) was no significantly. And we analysis the survival between Tau and taxane was not significant by Kaplan-Meier Statistics in disease-free survival and overall survival. The risk rate is only significant in overall survival with the stage IV (HR=36.806，p = 0.001) In this study, we found tau was significant with clinical pathological factors, but no significant between tau and taxane.
