Abstract
The purpose of this research is to study the healthy lifestyle and quality of life of middle-aged and elderly people. Research method: A one-year health promotion plan was carried out in a time series, The physical fitness of the joints and the relationship between a healthy lifestyle and the quality of life were analyzed through descriptive statistics, one-way ANOVA, Independent-Sample T-Test, Chi-squared test, and Pearson Product-Moment Correlation and statistical analysis was carried out with descriptive Research results: 1. 61% of women with degenerative arthritis accounted for the majority; married with children accounted for 84%; age 51 or older accounted for 62%. 2. The average body mass index of the research subjects is as high as 24.66, which belongs to the warning range of overweight; the average fat percentage is also as high as 30.70, which belongs to the obesity level. 3. The averages of various indicators of healthy lifestyles (nutrition factors, exercise factors and medical factors) are mostly between 3-4 'occasional' and 'frequent', biased towards medium to high degree of emphasis, all reaching a significant level of 0.00 (p <.01), showing a significant difference. 4. In the quality of life scale (physical health status and mental health status) of the research subjects, most of the average physical health indicators are between 2-4 'normal' and 'bad', with a low to medium level of emphasis; The average number of health indicators is between 2-4 'don't know' and 'mostly correct', with a low to medium level of importance, reaching a significant level of 0.00 (p<.01), showing a significant difference. 5. The correlation between the healthy life style of the research subjects and the product difference of the quality of life scale is significant. 000, and the correlation is significant at the <.01 level (two-tailed), and both show a significant positive correlation. It is hoped that the results of this study will be used as a reference for the Sports Department of the Ministry of Education when handling relevant policies in the future.
