Abstract
The article presents the 3rd Annual Firefighter Hockey Challenge held on January 30, 2009 at the Deephaven Village Park in Minnesota. The event was participated in by several fire department teams including Excelsior, Bloomington and Eden Prairie. Excelsior won the tournament over the Bloomington team. It cites that the tournament allowed the camaraderie of meeting firefighters around their area that gave them a chance to share stories and ideas about the fire service.
