Abstract
Racially/ethnically minoritized populations are disproportionately affected by asthma. Shared decision-making (SDM) is a means to address health disparities at the point of care yet is underutilized in clinical practice. Therefore, our goal was to develop and evaluate the utility of an SDM guide for increasing minoritized patient involvement in asthma care decisions.
