Abstract
The article reports that the Centre of Indian Trade Unions (CITU) has underscored the observation of the Indian Supreme Court that public sector undertakings such as Oil India Ltd., Gas Authority of India Ltd. and KG Basin Gas should be handled by the government to make sure that these resources are used for the benefit of the Indian people.
