Abstract
•Clonal hematopoiesis (CH) mutations may be transferred from donor to recipient at the time of hematopoietic cell transplantation.•Engrafted donor-derived CH is associated with chronic graft-versus-host disease (cGVHD) necessitating immunosuppressive therapy (IST).•Patients with engrafted donor-derived CH and cGVHD are less likely to discontinue IST.
